Branch and Ribbon. Nearly Two Centuries of Kentucky Service.
From the Louisville Legion of 1839 to the modern Kentucky Army National Guard, the 149th Armor Brigade has answered every call. This premium 15oz white ceramic mug honors that unbroken legacy with a design that pairs the armor branch insignia with the service ribbon — two symbols that together tell the complete story of a soldier's identity and service.
Two Symbols. One Unbroken Legacy.
The branch insignia represents who you are as a soldier — an armor trooper, trained and ready. The ribbon represents where you served and what you gave. Together on this mug, they honor every soldier who wore the 149th Armor Brigade patch and carried that proud Kentucky lineage forward through their service.

Unit History
The 149th Maneuver Enhancement Brigade (formerly 149th Armor Brigade) is a unit of the Kentucky Army National Guard, headquartered at Richmond, Kentucky. Constituted on January 21, 1839 as the Louisville Legion, the unit mustered into federal service during the Mexican-American War in May 1846, reorganized in 1851, and was redesignated as the Kentucky National Guard in 1912. It mustered into federal service again at Fort Thomas in February 1917 and has continued to serve through every major era of American military history.
