What is ON-DEMAND? 

ON DEMAND means we do not hold inventory. We make each item for a specific customer order.

What Style of T-shirts do you offer?
We use a variety of brands, colors, and styles. We carry styles for mugs, T-shirts, Hoodies, and Long Sleeves with up to 6XL maximum available sizes on some products. 


Where does MIP Brand.com ship from?
Products may ship from various locations, depending on stock and fulfillment availability.

What shipping carriers do you use? 
Packages ship via USPS First-Class, DHL, and UPS to the United States, Canada Post Expedited Parcels (Canada), or SPRING (international).

What method do you use to make your products?
We use Film and Direct-to-Garment (DTG) methods to produce products

Embroidery is available on selected products and are identified as embroidered products. 


How do I place an order?
Creating an order is very simple. Click on the design you want to order. Select your Style, Color, and Size, and click "Add To Cart". Fill in your customer's information - including name, shipping address, postal/zip, state/province, country, phone number, and email address.

You can add multiple orders for a single customer by clicking on "Continue Shopping".


Lastly, proceed to the Payment Method

Can I Cancel An Order?
MIP Brand Store allows customers to cancel orders before they have been printed by our manufacturer. You may cancel your order within 12 hours from the time you made your purchase. If we do not receive any request for cancelation or changes, then we will forward your order to our assigned manufacturer for production.

Beyond 12 hours from the time you made your purchase, a request for changes or cancelation of an order is no longer available.

When the order is canceled, it will be automatically refunded to your payment method. 

Please be reminded that the process for a refund may take 24 hrs to show up in your account.

Can I request to Return/Replace/Refund my order?
We make every effort possible to ensure your items will be produced at their best quality. We offer a money-back guarantee on products that do not meet our quality standards.

We will offer a credit to your account, or a replacement item free of charge if the following occurs:

* Incorrect Size or Style: If the garment printed on does not match that of our order page
* Printing Error: If the finished product is misaligned by more than one inch (1.0") off-center from the provided measurements
* Incorrect Printing: The finished product artwork differs from the artwork supplied to us
* Missing or Damaged Garments: If your item or garment was ripped, torn, or damaged.

Please be guided with the following when you return the items:
* Returned items must have tags still on and be returned in original product packaging
* Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use
