What Style of T-shirts do you offer?

We use a variety of brands, colors, and styles. We carry styles  Mug, T-Shirts, Hoodies, Long Sleeves, up to Men's 3XL.

Where does MIP Brand.com ship from?

Items may ship from various locations, depending on stock and fulfillment requirements.

Fulfillments may come from Toronto, Ontario (Canada), Buffalo, New York (United States).

Packages ship via USPS First-Class or USPS Priority to the United States, Canada Post Expedited Parcels (Canada), or SPRING (international).

What method do you use to make the printed T-shirts?

We use Direct To Garment Printing (DTG) to produce your orders.

How do I place an order?

Creating an order is very simple. Click on the design you want. Next, include the following on the product you want to order: Style, Color and Size and "Add To Cart". Fill in your customer's information - including name, shipping address, postal/zip, state/province, and country.

You can add multiple orders for a single customer by clicking on the "Continue Shopping".

Can I Cancel An Order?

MIPBrand.com allows members to cancel orders before they have been printed by our manufacturer. You may cancel your order within 12 hours from the time you made your purchase, once no email regarding the cancelation then we will proceed on processing the printing on the item.

Beyond 12 hours from the time you made your purchase, you will not be able to cancel or make any changes to this order.

A credit will be applied to your account for the amount of the order once canceled.

Can I return/Request for Replacement of my Order?

We make every effort possible to ensure your items will be produced at their best quality. We offer a money-back guarantee on products that do not meet our quality standard.

We will offer a credit to your account, or a replacement item free of charge if one or more of the following occurs.

* Incorrect Size or Style: If the garment printed on does not match that of our order page
* Printing Error: If the finished product is misaligned by more than one-inch (1.0") off center from the provided measurements
* Incorrect Printing: The finished product artwork differs from the artwork supplied to us
* Missing or Damaged Garments: If your item was not delivered in a timely manner, or the garment was ripped, torn, or damaged

* Returned items must have tags still on and be returned in original product packaging
