Ready and Forward
The 10th Cavalry Regiment built its reputation across the frontier — and this tee carries that legacy forward. The full regimental coat of arms is rendered in 3D-enhanced detail at center chest: the golden bison crest atop a quartered shield bearing crossed sabers, sunburst, castle towers, and fleur-de-lis — the heraldry of one of the U.S. Army’s most decorated units. The Design
The coat of arms is printed in full regimental color — gold, crimson, and black — with a 3D-enhanced finish that gives the bison crest and shield elements depth and dimension. The Build
Cut from medium-weight 100% US cotton with a vintage thicker hand-feel and natural-color flecks for an aged, lived-in look. The tubular knit and taped shoulders reduce waste and prevent stretching over time. A ribbed collar and tear-away label keep the fit clean and the wear comfortable from the first wash to the hundredth. Runs larger than standard — size down if you prefer a fitted look, or wear true to size for a relaxed, layerable cut.
The History
Established in 1866 as one of the original Buffalo Soldier regiments, the 10th Cavalry Regiment served with distinction across the Indian Wars, the Spanish-American War, and both World Wars. The name “Buffalo Soldiers” — given by the Plains tribes they faced — became a mark of respect the regiment carried with pride. Ready and Forward remains the regiment’s motto to this day: a declaration of the discipline, courage, and forward momentum that defined these soldiers at every post and every campaign.
