Company F, 40th Armor was a unit within the US Army's Berlin Brigade, stationed in West Berlin from 1963 onward. It was originally part of the 6th Medium Tank Battalion, 40th Armor, which was reconstituted in 1957. The unit was redesignated as Company F, 40th Armor on May 2, 1958. It later expanded to the 6th Battalion, 40th Armor, serving until May 1992
