The 191st Regional Support Group (191st RSG) stands as one of the Puerto Rico Army National Guard's most operationally vital units — deploying worldwide to provide contingency Base Operations Support, from facility management and logistical coordination to personnel security and soldier services.
Since December 2008, the 191st RSG has commanded the Joint Task Force Guantanamo Headquarters and Headquarters Company, executing a mission as expansive as it is demanding. This is a unit forged under pressure — built from the ground up and deployed almost immediately, learning to operate as one cohesive force in the field.
