Die-Cut Magnets - Army - Expert Soldier Badge
The Expert Soldier Badge (ESB) is a relatively new U.S. Army recognition, proposed in 2015 as part of the NCO 2020 Strategy to improve combat readiness by highlighting expertise outside the Infantry and Medical branches, and was officially established in 2019. It was introduced to recognize soldiers for their high level of proficiency in individual and technical tasks, alongside the existing Expert Infantryman Badge (EIB) and Expert Field Medical Badge (EFMB), ensuring readiness and lethality across the broader Army.
