Company F, 40th Armor was a unit within the U.S. Army's Berlin Brigade, stationed in West Berlin during the Cold War. It was initially part of the 6th Medium Tank Battalion, 40th Armor, reconstituted on October 15, 1957. The unit was redesignated as Company F, 40th Armor on May 2, 1958, and served in Berlin until the late 1980s or early 1990s. It was later expanded to become part of the 6th Battalion, 40th Armor from September 1990 to May 1992.
