Camp Mackall — Where Green Berets Are Made

Before the beret, before the tab, there was the training. Camp Mackall, tucked into the pine forests of Richmond County, North Carolina, has been forging America's most elite soldiers since World War II. This heritage long sleeve carries that legacy — worn by those who know the history, and those who honor it.

Features

  • 100% soft-ring spun cotton — built for comfort, made to last
  • Double-needle stitching throughout for reinforced durability
  • Coverseamed lay-flat collar — no bunching, no fuss
  • Tag-free neck label for all-day wearability
  • Shoulder-to-shoulder tape for a clean, structured fit
  • Comfortable rib-knit cuffs that hold their shape

Unit History

Camp Mackall is an active U.S. Army training facility located in eastern Richmond County and northern Scotland County, North Carolina, south of the town of Southern Pines. Established during World War II, it served as the primary training ground for the 82nd and 101st Airborne Divisions — and today remains the proving ground for Special Forces candidates in the grueling Robin Sage exercise. Wearing this piece is a nod to every soldier who passed through those pines.
