1st Missile Battalion, 81st Artillery — Cold War Heritage Tee
Wear the history. This all-over print tee commemorates the men of the 1st Missile Battalion, 81st Artillery — a unit forged at Fort Sill in 1963 and deployed to the front lines of the Cold War under the 56th Field Artillery Group at McCully Barracks, Wackernheim, West Germany.
In 1968, the battalion relocated to Wiley Barracks in Neu-Ulm, where it stood watch over a divided Europe until its redesignation as the 1st Battalion, 81st Field Artillery Regiment on 1 September 1971. This is their story — rendered in full-color, all-over print on a premium 6 oz. tee built to last.
