REFUND POLICY
Returns
We only offer returns on:
1. Items damaged in shipment
2. Defective Items
Sale items
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded
We do offer replacements for misprinted items only.
No refunds are issued for misprinted items only exchanges.
Items damaged in shipment or defective Items are available for replacement in kind, we do not issue refunds.
Size Differences
We do not offer returns on size differences.
Since all manufacturers do not adhere to the same sizing sizes, we list all items with their manufacturers sizing charts.
Please choose the correct size you desire according to that specific manufacturer sizing chart.
Return Policy Time Length
Our return policy is valid for 15 days
If 15 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
Return Condition
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Obtain an Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA)
To complete your return, we require a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).
You can obtain an RMA for your product by emailing photos of the product issue to military.insignia.products@gmail.com.
Be sure to include your tracking number in your email so we can expedite your refund or exchange.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)
Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return and RMA is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 30 days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund after 30 days, first check with your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. Often, there is some processing time before a refund is posted.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. Obtain an approved RMA (See above). If you want to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at Military. Insignia.Products@gmail.com and send your item to: American Enterprises, 6921 Independence Pkwy #140, Plano, TX 75023 with your approved RMA.
Shipping
To return your product, once you receive your RMA, you should mail your product to: American Enterprises, 6921 Independence Pkwy #140, Plano, TX 75023. YOu are responsible for shipping charges.
Be sure to include your tracking number in your email so we can expedite your refund or exchange to Miitary.Insignia.Products@gmail.com
Shipping Costs
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are shipping an item for over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
