Unit History
Organized on May 31, 1942 as the 800th Military Police Battalion, the unit was rapidly activated to support combat operations in World War II — serving with distinction across the New Guinea and Luzon campaigns. On April 16, 1986, the unit was re-designated as the Headquarters and Headquarters Company, 800th Military Police Brigade (EPW), continuing its legacy of order, discipline, and service.
