Die-Cut Magnets - DUI - 7th Infantry Division X 300
The 49th Armored Division, nicknamed the "Lone Star," was a division of the Texas Army National Guard active from 1947 to 2004. After World War II, it was organized from the 36th Infantry Division and was instrumental during the Cold War, being called to active duty during the Berlin Crisis. The division was inactivated and re-organized in 1968, then reactivated in 1973, becoming the sole armored division in the National Guard until its reflagging as the 36th Infantry Division in 2004.
