Die-Cut Magnets - DUI - 7th Infantry Division X 300

The 38th Infantry Division earned the nickname "Avengers of Bataan" during World War II for its decisive role in liberating the Philippines from Japanese forces, specifically avenging the American and Filipino soldiers who suffered during the Bataan Death March and subsequent fall of Bataan in 1942. The division participated in crucial campaigns in late 1944 and 1945, including the landing on Luzon, the difficult fighting in Zig-Zag Pass, the clearing of the Bataan peninsula, and the securing of the island of Corregidor. Its legacy as the "Avengers of Bataan" is honored in the present day by the division, which continues to serve in the Army National Guard.
