Camp Toccoa. Italy. Southern France. The Bulge. The 517th.

Formed in March 1943 and forged in the mountains of Northeast Georgia at Camp Toccoa, the 517th Parachute Regimental Combat Team became one of the most decorated independent airborne units of World War II. This premium 15oz black ceramic mug honors their legacy with the pocket patch, branch insignia, and service ribbon — a complete tribute to the troopers who jumped into history.

An Independent Airborne Force That Changed the War.

The 517th PRCT was no ordinary regiment. Combining the 517th Parachute Infantry Regiment, the 460th Parachute Field Artillery Battalion, and the 596th Parachute Combat Engineer Company, it operated as a self-contained combat force across three of the war's most critical theaters. From the mountains of Italy to Operation Dragoon in Southern France, and finally to the frozen forests of the Battle of the Bulge — the 517th fought as an independent unit and never backed down.

Unit History
