WAC – Women’s Army Corps – World War II
They were called to serve at a moment when the nation needed every willing hand. The Women’s Army Corps — established in 1942 as the WAAC and elevated to full Army status in 1943 as the WAC — sent over 150,000 American women into the theater of war in roles that shaped the outcome of the conflict. They served as clerks, communications specialists, intelligence analysts, and aviators. They wore the uniform with discipline, courage, and pride.
They were soldiers.
This 3D Enhanced T-Shirt honors the women who answered the call and wore the eagle with distinction.
