Kiss-Cut Vinyl Decals - Army - Buffalo Soldiers - Infantry - Cavalry Regiments - All DUIs X 300

The Buffalo Soldiers were a group of African American soldiers who served in the United States Army during the 19th century, primarily on the Western frontier. They were the first Black professional soldiers in a peacetime army, with regiments formed in 1866 to help rebuild the country after the Civil War and to fight on the Western frontier during the "Indian Wars." The regiments included the 9th and 10th Cavalry and the 38th, 39th, 40th, and 41st Infantry, which were later consolidated into the 24th and 25th Infantry. The nickname "Buffalo Soldiers" was given by Native Americans, symbolizing their respect for the soldiers' bravery and valor. The Buffalo Soldiers played a significant role in the Reconstruction era and were known for their combat prowess and dedication to their country.
