Unit History
The Eighth Army commands all U.S. Army forces in South Korea, headquartered at Camp Humphreys in Pyeongtaek. Relocated from Yongsan in 2017, it remains the cornerstone of U.S. Forces Korea and the only active field army in the U.S. Army.
