Unit Heritage
Organized on May 31, 1942 as the 800th Military Police Battalion, the unit was rapidly activated to support combat operations during World War II, earning campaign credits in New Guinea and Luzon. On April 16, 1986, it was re-designated as the Headquarters and Headquarters Company, 800th Military Police Brigade (EPW) — continuing its legacy of discipline, order, and service.
