The 5th Infantry Division's DUI (Device) is a "Red Diamond" which was used by the U.S. Army during World War II, notably in the Normandy, Lorraine, and Battle of the Bulge campaigns. This division was part of the U.S. Army during its operations in Europe, but it's important to distinguish it from the Philippine Army's Star Division, which is a different unit.
