The 1st Squadron, 38th Cavalry Regiment is a battlefield surveillance unit, part of the U.S. Army, that has been stationed at Fort Bragg, North Carolina. The squadron, also known as 1-38 CAV, is a subordinate unit of the 525th Battlefield Surveillance Brigade. Its soldiers conduct various training exercises and have participated in real-world missions, including operations in Afghanistan and Kosovo.
